A 2024 Learning Goal of mine was to pass the Salesforce User Experience Developer Certification – A newer certification made available by Salesforce.
I know… it’s still 2023, but I felt ready so I went for it.
When studying for this test I found that there were few to no online resources outside of the Trailhead modules provided by Salesforce as study material.
I created my own 25 page PDF with absolutely everything I could find relevant to this certification. I studied for about 2 hours a day during the two weeks leading up to my booked exam.
The exam itself is 105 minutes, 60 multiple choice questions. It costs $200 USD to take and can be taken at a testing centre, or at home (with special software).
The exam breaks down into the following sections:
DISCOVERY: 13%
UX FUNDAMENTALS: 16%
HUMAN-CENTRED DESIGN: 12%
DECLARATIVE DESIGN: 27%
TESTING: 11%
SALESFORCE LIGHTNING DESIGN SYSTEM (SLDS): 21%
