Continuing my learning journey by doing Illustrator tutorials on YouTube. Some of the tutorials I’ve found are too complex for me. I realized I was missing some basics specifically on gradients, and I found a great beginner video with some exercises for day 8. What has also been amazing is that Adobe Illustrator tools haven’t really changed beyond the addition of the Shape Builder Tool. So learning from tutorial videos from 5+ years ago is still very relevant.

Here is the Gradient Practice portion. Does the result look a little disturbing? Yes. I also learned so, so much and feel ready for harder gradients.
